When you receive an e-lead (or a sales call), instead of typing a lengthy reply on your phone or desktop, produce a 20 - 30 second HELLO video instead.
For example, “Hi Jason, I’m Hector Bosotti, Internet Sales Consultant. I just received your e-mail and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to you by video. I really appreciate the opportunity to provide you with the information you’ve requested. I am working on it now and I will be back to you very shortly…”
If you actually have the NEW or USED vehicle in stock that the customer has interest in, your HELLO video could include the vehicle itself.
For example, “Hi Laura, I’m Hector Bosotti, Internet Sales Consultant. I just received your e-mail and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to you by video. I’m standing in front of the preowned vehicle you’re interested in – great choice! I am going to walk around it so you can have an up-close look and see the outstanding condition of this vehicle. I really appreciate the opportunity to provide you with the information you’ve requested. I will provide you some payment options and be back to you very shortly…”
